BRANDEN FEIN SPA & WELLNESS DIRECTOR

With more than 20 years of experience in the luxury wellness industry, Branden brings a wealth of leadership and expertise to The Spa at Old Edwards. He most recently served as Executive Director of Spa & Wellness at the Hotel Crescent Court and previously held the role of Spa Director at the renowned Pinehurst Resort & Country Club. Earlier in his career, he held multiple executive leadership positions with Mokara Spas at Omni Hotels & Resorts. Branden brings a deep understanding of the evolving spa and wellness marketplace and a proven ability to navigate its competitive landscape while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Known for his passion for luxury hospitality and commitment to exceeding guest expectations, he is dedicated to creating memorable and meaningful wellness journeys. Outside of work, Branden enjoys exploring great food and wine and traveling to new destinations. He and his wife, Johanna—Executive Director of Highlands Chamber of Commerce—are delighted to call Highlands home.

TIMMY HALLER SPA OPERATIONS MANAGER

Timmy started his career with Old Edwards Inn and Spa in 2013 and is a valued team member. He began his career as a Bellman, where he served for five years, including one year as Bell Captain, before enthusiastically transitioning to The Spa at Old Edwards in 2017. With more than 25 years of customer service experience, Timmy brings dedication, leadership, and a passion for excellence to every guest interaction. Since 2017 in The Spa at Old Edwards, he has held several key roles, including Boutique Manager in 2019, Assistant Spa Operations Manager, and now Spa Operations Manager. Timmy is dedicated to creating “raving fans” through exceptional service and genuine hospitality. When he’s not at The Spa, he enjoys spending quality time with his daughter.

CHANDLER SMITH ASSISTANT SPA & WELLNESS DIRECTOR

Originally from Georgetown, SC, Chandler has always felt a natural connection to the charm and beauty of the South. After moving to the area in 2002, she developed a deep appreciation for Highlands and the welcoming spirit that defines great hospitality. She began her hospitality career in 2012 and has held roles at distinguished properties including Old Edwards Inn, The Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle, WA, and the Relais & Châteaux property Planters Inn in Charleston, SC. These experiences shaped her thoughtful, guest-centered approach and passion for creating meaningful guest moments. Today, Chandler continues to embrace the art of hospitality while sharing life with her husband, Daniel, Rooms Director at Old Edwards Inn. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with their two energetic boys, exploring nature, birding, and capturing the beauty of the mountains through photography.

AMANDA ANDREWS SPA MANAGER

Amanda moved to Highlands with her family in 2022 to be closer to loved ones and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the area’s natural beauty and welcoming community. Shortly after arriving, she began her career with Old Edwards Inn as a Spa Attendant. Through dedication, attention to detail, teamwork, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in guest care, Amanda advanced through several roles including Spa Concierge, Lead Concierge, and Spa Supervisor before becoming Spa Manager. With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and customer service, Amanda is passionate about creating exceptional and memorable guest experiences. Outside of The Spa at Old Edwards, she enjoys exploring new places, going on local adventures, and spending quality time with her family.

SPA POLICIES

FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE

ADVANCE APPOINTMENTS
To ensure your preferred treatments and times, we strongly recommend scheduling your spa services well in advance of your visit. A credit card or hotel reservation is required at the time of booking services. Please notify our Spa Concierge before booking treatments if you are pregnant or have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, recent surgeries or disabilities.

CHECK-IN
Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for proper check-in and changing into a robe and slippers. Allow additional time if you would like to enjoy the spa amenities prior to your treatment. If you arrive late, we will be unable to extend your treatment time, and you will miss the benefits of a full treatment. Full or partial refunds will not be given to guests who arrive less than 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.

CUSTOMER REQUESTS
You may request a specific gender Massage Therapist when booking an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee availability.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Out of respect for our guests, the Spa at Old Edwards' environment is one of relaxation. We respectfully ask that you leave electronic devices silenced so the tranquility of the spa experience may be preserved. Taking photos is prohibited in locker areas, and headphones are required in common areas.

SERVICE CHARGE
A 22% service charge is added to all spa services, including spa packages. Any gratuities are at your discretion.

SPA ATTIRE
For your comfort, a locker, robe, and slippers are provided. You may disrobe to your comfort level. Proper draping techniques are always used to protect your privacy and comfort. You may choose to bring a bathing suit for use in the whirlpool. However, bathing suits are not required. Please bring or wear loose, comfortable clothing if you are receiving either the Be Still and Know or the Table Thai massage.

AGE POLICY
You must be at least 18 years of age to access the amenities, common areas, or receive body or facial services. Those under the age of 18 can receive nail services but must remain accompanied by a parent or guardian.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If an appointment is cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we charge 50% of the service price. A "No-Show" appointment is charged in full.

SPA BOUTIQUE AND SPA CAFÉ
Allow time to browse our Spa Boutique for unique gifts for the mind, body, and spirit. We carefully select hand-crafted, fair-trade, and organic products with an emphasis on natural, sustainable ingredients that nourish our bodies and tread softly on our planet. Dine amid nature’s beauty in the Spa Café. Enjoy healthy, refreshing fare, premium teas, and other beverages in a soothing environment.

HOURS OF OPERATION
9 am - 6 pm (seasonal hours may vary)
For 9 am appointments, please arrive at 8:30 am. The solarium, whirlpool, sauna, and steam room close at 5:45 pm.
