Cancellation Policy - Piermont Cottage and Hutchinson House reservations require 50% deposit upon booking, with full payment taken 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the amount of the stay in full. To cancel reservations, please call 866-526-8008 and speak with a representative.
