Old Edwards Presents "Comfort Living: A Rebalancing Experience" with Christine Eisner

Lifestyle expert and critically-acclaimed author Christine Eisner teams up with Old Edwards Inn and Spa to offer Comfort Living: A Rebalancing Experience, April 14 – 17, 2011. Christine and her co-presenters will guide attendees through a three-day journey to a more balanced lifestyle—all in the sumptuous surroundings of The Old Edwards Inn & Spa, Condé Nast Traveler’s #1 Hotel Spa in North America for 2010.

Co-presenting two of the sessions will be wellness expert Denise Miller and David Goodrowe, Associate Dean of Fashion and Interior Design of Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).

This 3-day full-immersion retreat will begin with self-reflection and then—through a combination of guided discussions, hands-on activities and nature encounters—will introduce a new way of thinking about and creating quality of life.

Retreat attendees will:

• Re-visit personal priorities and incorporate them into meaningful lifestyle shifts
• Discover a new way of connecting with themselves through physical surroundings
• Awaken the senses and explore the role of nature in today’s world
• Acquire practical tools that will transform living spaces and daily routines
• Identify workable solutions to counterbalance the demands of modern life
• Take home an action plan for immediate change for a lifestyle that encourages comfort, connection and joy
• Leave the retreat with a fresh outlook on living and ready to bring positive change to the year ahead.

Christine says, “Life should be as personal as your foot print and as comfortable as your favorite pair of jeans. This is your time! Re-think. Re-create. Re-energize.”

The package price for the full-immersion 3-day retreat is $1,650 per person and includes a champagne arrival plus:

• Three Nights at Old Edwards Inn (April 14, 15 an 16)
• Deluxe Accommodations
• All Meals Except Where Noted "On Own" on Itinerary
• Comfort Living Book with Journal
