Guests can enjoy a cozy evening by the fire in the Hummingbird Lounge followed by a romantic dinner for two in Madison's with a special Valentine's menu on Saturday, February 13 or Sunday, February 14 from 6pm to 9pm.

The Valentine’s menu at Madison’s includes items like Sautéed Tiger Shrimp Wrapped with Fruitwood Smoked Bacon on Navy Bean-Parsley Root Puree and Micro Sea Cress; Szechwan Pepper Crusted Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin with Port Wine-Fig Balsamic Jus, Heirloom Duchesse Potatoes, Sautéed Rainbow Chard; and finish off with Dagoba Organic Chocolate “Seed” Cake and Sorbet with Firewood Honey Glazed Oranges.

Madison’s guests can have flowers from Oakleaf Flower and Garden or an Old Edwards Inn and Spa gift certificate delivered right to the table at Madison’s.
