Meet our Personal Trainers

Dave Linn
"I have over 15 years of fitness training & physical therapy training. My goal as a personal trainer is to help individuals reach their ideal bodyweight and establish a healthier and active lifestyle. I have been in the western North Carolina area since 1997 and have trained individuals in various health & fitness centers. Born with a disability I have had challenges throughout my life, fitness training has helped me overcome my disability and allowed me to be "HANDICAPABLE!" I have competed in over 72 triathlons (Olympic distance in divisions of non-disabled and physically challenged division) and in 2009 I won the national championship in the physically challenged division of triathlons."
