AT THE FARM, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2006
HIGHLANDS, NC-The Old Edwards Hospitality Group is pleased to announce a very special event in September. Lake County California’s wine maverick, Jed Steele will present a winemaker dinner at The Farm on Thursday evening, September 21, 2006. Reception is at 6:00 PM and dinner will begin at 6:30 PM.
Old Edwards Executive Chef Nate Waugaman will prepare a savory multi-course dinner to pair with Steele’s exclusive portfolio of premium wines. Courses will be matched with recent vintages including: Steele Rosé of Cabernet Franc 2005 and Shooting Star Sauvignon Blanc 2005, Steele Viognier 2005, Steele Chardonnay Du Pratt Vineyard 2004, Steele Pinot Noir Bien Nacido Vineyard 2004, Steele Stymie Merlot 2002 and Steele Late Harvest Chardonnay 1997.

The dinner is $149 per person, inclusive. Seating is limited. Overnight accommodations at The Inn or Lodge are available at a special rate of $185, plus tax for this event
