7th ANNUAL HIGHLANDS GARDEN TOUR TO FEATURE THE FARM

 

HIGHLANDS, NC-- The Old Edwards Hospitality Group is pleased to announce their partnership with the 7th Annual Highland’s Fine Art Center-Bascom-Louise Gallery Garden Tour this summer. The Farm, Old Edwards Inn’s special event facility, will be featured on the annual garden tour on Friday, July 15 from 9AM to 11AM and again from 1PM to 3:30PM.

 

The Farm at Old Edwards Inn is a luxury special events facility located just one mile from downtown Highlands. It comprises 33 acres of lushly landscaped gardens with a Wedding Lawn and all-white garden, Event Lawn and a handsomely restored Barn with a full catering kitchen.

 

Only in their second growing season, the gardens at The Farm were planned to emulate gardens that had existed for years. Guests will be able to stroll through the all-white Bride’s garden, enjoy the vibrant green spaces of the great lawns, and delight in the surrounding perennial gardens in a breathtaking mountain backdrop.

 

Five gardens will be featured during this year’s tour. The price for tour, including lunch, is $55 per person. The tour will be held rain or shine. A Patron’s Party is planned for Thursday evening July 14 from 6PM to 9PM at the home of Gerald and Joann Lawhorn in Highlands. The price per person for the party is $130.
