In an effort to continuously enrich the food and wine experience for Inn guests, the resort's fine dining restaurant, Madison's offers a delicious weekend of food and wine pairings at the Inn and at The Farm, the special events venue. Special guests include Whirl Miller from New Castle Imports, cheese makers Karen and Bruce DeGroot from Yellow Branch Dairy and cheese maker Dixie Leonard from Meadow Creek Dairy.

During the course of the weekend, Miller will present various wines from the Burgundy region of France. Cheese makers will also lead a cheese making/wine pairing educational tasting.

The Burgundy Wine Weekend package includes two nights' deluxe accommodations for two, breakfast each day, Champagne arrival, welcome amenity and evening turndown, Wine Reception on Friday, Wine and Cheese Pairing Session and the Wine Dinner on Saturday. The Package is $699 per couple. Cost per person for the Wine Dinner only is $125.
