HIGHLANDS, NC-The Old Edwards Hospitality Group is pleased to announce that the signature Lilly Pulitzer store on the second floor of Acorns in Highlands has taken its own name effective immediately and will function as its own entity from this point forward. The new name of the upstairs shop is Miss Priss.

“Our sister store in Charlotte, is expanding to include a location at Lake Norman in early 2005,” explained Anita Cleveland, Store Manager. “Since both of those locations are Miss Priss stores, it was natural to include this location for consistency and cohesiveness.”

The three stores operate under a general umbrella and are thus able to cross-market and merchandise with the signature Lilly Pulitzer brand. The three stores will also be able to share special appearances and events like trunk shows, as well as offer a more exclusive inventory across the board. “It also allows us a great deal of uniformity,” Cleveland went on to say.

With the naming of Miss Priss, the Old Edwards Hospitality Group will now refer to its retail outlets in Highlands as the Shops at Old Edwards Inn.
