Hutchinson House

One of Highlands’ oldest residences, Hutchinson House is a four-bedroom farmhouse nestled among in an enchanting wooded setting that includes nature walks, natural water features, gazebos, grassy lawns, a “tree walk” and several garden spaces. Built in 1878 by one of Highlands two founders, this historic property is located one block east on Main Street from Old Edwards Inn and Spa, providing guests with walking access to all the shopping, dining and culture that Highlands has to offer. Hutchinson House may be booked through the regular reservations process at Old Edwards Inn and Spa, or for business groups and weddings by calling Special Events at 828-787-2610.
